Terms & Conditions – Late Rooms
LATE ROOMS are rooms that remain unsold as the date approaches, therefore they are on sale and are subject to availability and agreed rate at the time of booking. LATE ROOM offers do not apply to the presidential suite or to the very large rooms. LATE ROOMS are allocated on a first come, first served basis. PRIOR RESERVATIONS – Reservations made prior to the running of the special offer will be allocated the very best rooms. Under no circumstances can they then avail of the reduced or sale rate within the 48-hour cancellation period prior to arrival or upon/after arrival at Butler House. Rates confirmed at the time of booking are deemed to be the agreed rate. Customers may opt to cancel a previous reservation to avail of a special offer, however please note that the same room my not be available at the special rate. Also, please note that Butler House operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. Ever effort is made to communicate our special offers to our regular guests.
