Season’s Greetings to everyone from Head Chef Ger here at Butler House and Garden, I’m sharing with you some of my own personal Christmas recipes this year for you to try at home! These are the recipes that I will be cooking myself at home this Christmas for all my family who come to my house every year for the celebration. We start off with a prawn and crab cocktail in lettuce canape style, and nibble these while opening presents. Then the main event is the goose this year, a change from turkey with some exciting side dishes, a delicious cranberry sauce, amazing stuffing, and to finish my own personal favourite the sherry trifle.
